Bano abasuubuzi bali mu kutusudiya. There's nothing wrong with what URA is doing. EFRIS is not a tax but a way of collecting taxes. Only that these traders have been cheating URA by not declaring accurate sales. Kati this new method takes the cheating out. Rwanda has something similar but they call it EBM. It works wonders.
If tax is included in the price these traders charge us the consumers, why don't they want to pay it to URA?
