Any plan to include tags in the KB search step?

This is great, the only problem im having with it is if I want to collect their name for example to use it in the conversation I cant because putting their name in triggers clarification or treats it like a question. Is there a way to get around that so that it can both funciton as it was designed but also have an aread at the beginning that collect name, other details?

The text formatting is kinda off sometimes with the following format in your video and in my chatbot as well:
1. First point
- bullet point 1
- bullet point 2
2. Second point
...
I tried to prompt the system to get the following format:
1. First point
- bullet point 1
- bullet point 2
2. Second point
...
But its really difficult and the system does not get it everytime. Not a huge issue but I think the second version would look better. I tried many dfferent prompts with examples given and everything, do you have a solution for that?
