I found out the error,
Timer1 workes only on Pin D9 &D10 only.
lcd changed to (14,15,16,17,18,19).
Now every thing fine. Who tested it earlier ?

Thks for sharing your work! It´s not so good to show your work without some prove that is ok all - shoul have some waves - I think that you don´t have oscilloscope...

OK Tested to set the oscilloscope, change output PIN9
