I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Aurora live 3 times and seriously she is in a league of her own.I’ve see her perform this song live at these concerts and trust me it’s as if you are right there actually seeing what she sees,her ability to draw you in to her world of understanding her words of poetry her words of medicine,for that’s what they truly are is astonishing.as a songwriter she simply is a Genius and at my age of 66 I have no hesitation of putting her in my top 3 artists I have ever seen.For me Aurora simply is the essence of what music should be all about forget your mainstream rubbish that churn out all the same old cliches and lyrics that you have heard so many times before Aurora takes it to a different level.❤️

Very good reaction - I liked it very much. This song and performance is amazing. It have so much emotions (and she is so "in this performance", including some body reactions) and it like mesmerizing every time I listed to it. These deep emotional songs of hers show her total commitment. She is the song, such that you can often (as for this one) see her coming back to our world after it ends. Some of her mor "poppy" songs, you see the fun in her performance.

Greetings from Scotland! Aurora, the "other" unique singer in this world! We have a lot of singers but the level Aurora sings at puts her on a level with only one other young singer in the whole world (in my opinion!) I believe you know who I am referring to Aaliyah? Both singers have extraordinary backgrounds in their past and I believe this is part of what creates the uniqueness! Aurora's eyes here reflect the horror of what she felt when she read about the original story. She uses her entire body to tell the story in her own way. Incredible, unique and superb! A vocal genius as far as I am concerned! I never get through this song with dry eyes - impossible! I feel every emotion in her voice and body!

Hi Aaliyah, this is a masterful lesson on how to express emotion in a song. With the voice but also with the movements, which are actually not dance.
You have seen AURORA's eyes. She wasn't on stage. She was somewhere else. You saw how deeply she was thinking about these two people, that she sometimes shook herself uncontrollably. I believe that she is not conscious of her movements. She's so into the story in her head that she's doing the moves in the story. I heard that AURORA was horrified by these movements when she saw the recording of the performance.

Your right. She is one of a kind.
But what most reactions to her miss is that she is singing her lyrics more than she is singing a melody. She is using her body and voice to express her words. And her ability to elevate her words with her bodylanguage, melodies and voice is unique.
I would categorize her as a champion of words more than a champion of melodies.
Or actually of both. Her melodies are very good, and they fit her lyrics. It's the whole package that makes her Aurora.
She just have a unique way of experiencing the world. And she is talented enough to give the rest of us a peek into her thaughts through her performances.
At about 8:50 into your reaction she strokes her arm in self comfort. She knows whats comming.

Have you heard of the Norwegian opera singer Solveig Kringlebotn? I actually sang in choir with her when we were youths, and she was of course our best singer. When she sang “Solveigs Song” by Edward Grieg, nobody’s eyes were dry😍
