[Cars MV] Doc Hudson & Lightning McQueen Tribute - Dream

It has been 13 years as of today since Paul Newman passed. I originally had another AMV in mind but I decided to finish editing and release this one since I had most of this done due to working on it for quite some time. The video is a little heavy on the visual effects, so I apologise for that. (This was more of an experimental video than anything else). I originally made it a multifandom video, but I ended up turning it into full-fledged Cars AMV instead. Technically more of a Doc Hudson & Lightning McQueen tribute, but I still think it's fitting for the sombre occasion.

There are two moments in this video that really stuck out for me personally: the part at 0:27 where McQueen watches Doc race during the line "and I watch, from a distance, seventeen..." This actually reminded me of the first time I saw Cars 3 in theatres, when I was 17 years old; and the part at 2:30, where a wrecked McQueen is rolling on the track while the line "I wanna dream, leave me to dream" is sung. That was completely random and I cried a bit while editing that. I had to keep it in because I felt it was fitting. As stated, this was largely an experimental video, but I'm very happy with how it turned out and think it was a success.
