Just need to comment about this: Ruka isn't actually in Lapland. Seeing that Rovaniemi is basically where Lapland starts and Ruka isn't quite there. Although the locals lie about that to the tourists :D But who cares about that. I love Ruka, I was there a little over a week ago with my friend :)
