Lay your harrow done so it runs at a litte flatter angle , would i think alleviate your fodder bunching. Your 320 should pull that chisel at around 6 mph. But the faster you go the shallower it will go. When it starts to hopping is because the points pull back and up to release the load on them. Nice work.
When the cotton stalks get bogged up put some fuel on them and burn it the wind will have it all burned and in the ground. If there’s nothing on the equipment in danger, I’ve do it with success.
Hate to ask for more government regulation but if farmers aren’t willing to park the plows and rippers then the government needs to make tillage of any kind illegal and punishable by heavy fines. Soil should never be without living roots. Cover crops are the future.
@@greenboyatgafarms2250 The day is coming whether you like it or not. Government mandated cover crops and severely reduced rates of chemicals and synthetic fertilizers or complete elimination is in the near future. Either you’ll change how you farm or people like me will own your land and the government removes you from it. I can’t wait for that day.
@@brysonhaggard There two ways to farm. 1. Farm WITH nature to build the soil and help restore our ecosystem and planet while simultaneously providing healthy, nutrient dense and nourishing foods to the global population. 2. Use tillage, chemicals and synthetic fertilizers in an industrial setting to force dead dirt to produce a nutrient deficient food like substance while degrading the environment, causing extreme erosion and the destruction of our planet. You choose what you want to do but don’t complain when you’re forced out of business by your own ineptitude.
Your farming is so much different than in Indiana. Very interesting. Thank You
Man that chisel is loading the heck out of that tractor. Love them JD tractors.
