Nobody is gonna give you money for something stupid like this. These aren’t meant for side load and you are gonna make people break they’re drill presses and of course aluminum would be easy it’s soft material
@@GarageDynamics People are A-holes behind their screens. (retiredamature) This ain't a bad idea at all if you have something that is a tight tolerance fit that you're making yourself and you want to get it as tight as you can without having a mill in your garage, like most people. Lol.
if you're going to post a video like this and know you shouldn't do it, maybe give viewers an overview of why it's dangerous. eventually the side load is going to cause the chuck to come loose and go flying across the garage especially if you mill anything harder than aluminum. I'm not sure how a contract with nasa is going to protect you from a flying chuck. maybe the contract is very thick and you use it as body armor?
