I agree that Lambert should get a good look at the NHL this year, even if he isn’t top 6 ready yet, I think it’s important that he gets the chance to experience what it’s like, and I’m sure he’ll only improve as the season goes on. The guy looks very promising
If Lambert isn't on this team, how fucking polished does a jets prospect need to be before he is NHL ready? Beacuse his game is already in a better spot, then schief was when he came in... Also if AI and Appleton have major roles. Over some of these young guys... then what do the jets need a 1st overall pick in order to finally graduate a guy...
1. I agree Lambert/Chibrikov should be on this roster 2. Depending where jets are at deadline and how new aquired guys Lambert,Chibrikov,Fluery,Coghlan,Salmonsson do guys like Iafallo,Appleton,Stanley,Miller,Ehlers if hes unsigned should be moved. 3. Pionks 6m is hard to move dont resign him next year. 4. Yager/Barlow go play U20s Canada 5. Salmonsson plays majority of season AHL if towards end of year we move a said player above bring up a Shaw,Fluery,Coghlan,Ford,Maybe even give Lucius a look if he returns to form after injury. 6. Perfetti still doesnt have a deal if he goes into season and say they give a Yager few games look,Lambert,Chibrikov and they do well it will hurt his chances of being moved all over lineup again. 7. I dont want to see AJF,Toninato,kupari,Gus unless they have made massive improvements. Give prospects looks over plugs filling a hole. 8. Im not of mindset having Namestnikov as 2nd line center Jets like depth dont play with a so called 3rd line or 4th line but overall contribution to win. Having guys like Kupari who scored 28gp 0g1a is great. Love how Lambert and Chibrikov played. I think they need to get some solid NHL time. I think Yaeger is awesome but a year away. GO JETS GO!

Without a doubt, Lambert has to be on the Top 6. Preferably with Nikolaj Ehlers so he can learn from Ehlers to use speed and shot in the NHL.
