The only Colt I’ve ever wanted a real played-in jersey from, parents got me one for Christmas the year after super bowl 41 when I was a kid! Manning, Wayne, Harrison, Addai, freeney, Mathis, they all had energy, but sanders just brought the heat
I use to watch all the Colts games only because of Peyton Manning but with that being said I got lucky to see a gem like Bob Sanders. I quickly became a fan! You can talk about stats/longevity or whatever but I will always say Bob Sanders is the Greatest Safety I ever put my eyes on!
Played equivalent to 2 games and 3 seasons of 8 contracted seasons and has, arguably, a HOF resume with legit accolades and moments to be inducted… Had he only rightfully received the Super Bowl MVP trophy, that resume would demand a legit case for a HOF induction.
Nah man. He’s my favorite player of all time , I’m Indianapolis born and raised and huge colts fan but he just couldn’t stay healthy. Can’t get into the HOF based off speculation
One of the best over 6 feet as well. The left out on of his biggest hits on Matt Forte were you can literally see ripples, similar to an explosion, of the energy and force from the impact. Threw TE's around like slot receivers.
I’ve never seen the majority of these plays. He was just a force. Would have had career numbers similar to the best in his era had he stayed healthy. Still, a couple All-Pro/Pro Bowl selections, DPOY and a key role in a Super Bowl shows you how special he was.
Bob Sanders get into the hall of Fame even though he has been in and out of injuries through his career as a player but he did accomplish a lot in a short span as a player but he also showed that he was a difference maker when he was on the field hall of Fame in my book and the last thing I'll say is the year my colts won the Superbowl was because of him coming back from injury the start of the playoffs One of the best to play the game and one more thing you never seen him get run over by nobody ever 5-8 and played like he was 6-4 at strong safety sorry y'all had to much to say about Bob Sanders and he's not the only one I can talk about on my teams defense good job Tony Dungy and making history with my colts
I fucking love this shit this man not even talked about about but truly truly if he was healthy he would have been a first ballot for sure and pretty sure he getting in with him being unhealthy most of his career INCREDIBLE SERIOUSLY one of the last head hunting safety 😂😂😂
Sorry for talking to much I'm drunk but I am telling the truth with all the damn words I was using 😂he should go down in NFL history as one of the hardest hitters in the game
Greatness slowed down by injury. Yet still his impact was felt! Played beyond his size…True definition of a “Football Player” 🏈
I’m a Steelers fan and I can say Bob Sanders was one of the best tackling safeties I’ve ever seen
Finally lol I’ve been asking for years G, thank you
Stg
Bob sanders should have won super bowl MVP
Either him or Kelvin Hayden. Hayden produced turning point of that game.
Major reason why Peyton got his first ring. Sanders was 2nd to none when healthy at the safety position
He made the tackle on every draw play lmao

This dude put the "truck" in "truck stick" 🤣

Played 7 seasons cause he hit guys harder than a truck

The Colts don’t have a super bowl ring without him. Not even close.
Bob Sanders just hits different!
My favorite Colts player on defense of all time!
HE SHOULD GET IN THE HALL OF FAME,,, HE WAS A TOP 3 SAFETY OF THAT ERA RIGHT BEHIND ED REED & TROY POLAMALU
Facts just couldn’t hold it long enough injured way to much he was absolutely dominant
With his resume I think he could make a case I mean while barley playing u got sb ring and dpoy

Dawkins, Adrian Wilson?
You forgot Sean Taylor Was Playing To🤷🏾♂️
I don’t know that there’s ever been a defender who made more of an impact on the game than Sanders.
I'm a colts fan but uh...LT, Lewis, Reed, Revis, Dawkins, Donald, Polamalu, etc...
Its nice that Bob's opponent's got the chance to play Bob's game!
Ray Lewis, Patrick Willis, Luke Kuechly, Brian Dawkins, Troy Polamalu, Eric Berry
One of the best hard hitting safety below 6 feet.
And he was fucking YOKED

@@htownq3300 I remember seeing him with his pads off and I was thinking he looks bigger that he did with his pads on. His neck was humongous!
Barring injuries, The Bob Sanders would have gone down as one of the best safeties to ever play in the NFL!!!
Appreciate it 🙏🏾. Do more career throwback videos please these hit different

Special request
Love all your videos man!!!!!
Can we get a Ronnie Lott compilation video or Rod Woodson
Darrell Green

He was the true story of the fight of the dog because this man hit harder than his size
The reason I wore #21 in High-School :D
That man was different

Imagine Ed Reed and Bob Sanders on the same team!
He’s different.
Bob Sanders is why I was a colts fan when Michael Vick went to Jail
dawg!
Could a HEALTHY Bob Sanders and Well-Focused '06 Style Defense Colts Team Have Won Another Ring or Two For The Colts (Not Six but Maybe Two)
Sorry for talking to much I'm drunk but I am telling the truth with all the damn words I was using 😂he should go down in NFL history as one of the hardest hitters in the game
say his name
'The Hitman' Bob Sanders
