O my goodness!! That just tickles me to death! Wow! I was eating one time at a restaurant in Chattanooga and heard a crowd saying “yes that’s her” “I see the bow in her hair!” And it was a sweetheart that watches me! And it was so awesome to run into her that way!! It kinda embarrassed me at first coz I sure ain’t used to that!! But it was awesome!!
I live in rural NY. I was really surprised. I don't know many crafters personally. It was something my Mom got me into that I still do. They both said that when they see the beautiful things you create it inspires them to want to start when they retire in a couple of years. Awww

These are so up my alley. I've been hearing a lot of crafters say farmhouse is headed out & they don't do much of it anymore but I appreciate you & Kristin for still doing it. Let me just say, it's been called a lot of things over the years but it's always & will always be "in" in my neck-of-the-woods. I grew up with it, I've had it in my home (or at least parts of my home) forever & still do. Americana is the same way around here. The pieces may change but those deeper colors, raffia, twine, etc is still a hit around here. A little of my 2 cents worth coming up right here Kathy (I hope you're ok with it), PEOPLE: BE NICE & IF YOU CAN'T BE NICE, SCROLL ON! You can't comment nice but you can hide behind a keyboard lurking to say something mean....SMH! Not every piece is for every one...hence, inspiration folks...INSPIRATION. GETCHA some of that, it means to take what you see & be inspired to do your own!!! GEEZ...ggrrrrr! Sorry Kathy, I don't normally acknowledge stuff like that but darn, it gets my goat some times. You shouldn't have to explain why the sign was a tad offset & furthermore to the person writing it, that wasn't even a wagon wheel lady!
I totally understand! I don’t get upset at ALL if someone criticizes anything- but it tore me up coz she said “it’s as if you didn’t pay attention at all” like she’s talking to a kid ! Whew! And I meant to stick it over a little so my flowers didn’t cover it up! Lord! Some ppl just get in here and get out all their aggression sometimes- but I don’t like drama, and ain’t got time for it 😝there’s even a way you can disagree or say you dont like something respectfully and I felt like she was just being mean! I am the nicest person, til you cross me😝that’s the southern and “wild Indian” blood mama would say that to me when I’d show my butt ! She’d say quit acting like a wild squal😝my papaw was Cherokee and I definitely got his cool side, but my granny’s “cross me and you’ll see” side😝😝😝it’s a crazy mix ! Thank you for understanding- some ppl just wanna fuss

A single Starbucks frappe bottles would be cute with a vintage style ink stamp since those bottles are smooth. That would achieve the closest look you just did as well 😉
Your diy projects are more than beautiful. Kathy you made every inexpensive piece from DT turn into a high end high quality piece of home decor.
