In Australia, attempting to operate anything with wheels while under the influence of any substance is a ticketable offence. We even have people who have been fined for trying to ride an electric esky (cooler i think?) w/ wheels, down the road.

you can operate motorized vehicles while drunk. as for bicycles, you can't be wasted or drink in public, so it basically just falls under that as a technicality. but everywhere is different im sure in Germany you'd be just fine.

I looked it up, and yes in Norway, if the police sees you on your bike, drink, they will test your alcohol level, and punish you if you are drunk. Bikes are heavy, and they are fast. Drive safely, wear a helmet.
man, where i live you tecnilcaly arend even allowed to walk anywhere drunk. If you participate in traffic, you have to be sober (or at least under 0.05%). but the likelyhood of a copper actually checking a pedestrian or person thats riding a bike are extremely slim.
