They did have jackets during the season where they were often seen in grey T-shirts eg Year of Hell. It was during the Janeway "show us yer muscles" era. There is one scene where she leaves the reay room with Chakotay and grabs her jacket on the way out the door.
There never was a jumpsuite , but there was a jacket ...ecause i recall her grabbing it and putting in on on several occasions ...with kashik to i think
