This dude was ahead of his time back then. The quality of the music sounded so clear and so professional unlike many Zouk artists from the late 80s i give him props for that. I like it when the melody switches

Sorry..but the way you speak, gives Idea that Zouk songs of that time were not advanced... sorry again , but the most part of Zouk songs of 80's and 90's were too much advanced on techniques they used for arrangements ....much more advanced than any other kinds of music of that time and even today there are no music with arrangements that can beat them....and i feel very Lucky and proud of had grown up listening those great Zouk songs with great arrangements done by greater composers and producers......those Zouk songs and productions are not recognized worldwide only because they are not of english speaking countries...that is the truth ...

I'm from Angola and we listen to zouk since the beginning of the 80's. It had such an effect in our music horizon that today we have a new style based on that original zouk called "kizomba"...
To this day we listen to Kassav, Eric Brouta, Eric Virgal and many others from that golden 80s and 90s generations zouk musicians.
Too bad that the zouk made nowadays is not as good.
