here is a broken synergy. Special Delivery. With this synergy, quickly switching between a synergy gun and a non-synergy gun will make Owl rapidly blank if bullets are near and rapidly shoot. if you have any of the ammolets it will trigger every time it blanks.
there are so many glitches in the console versions, there used to be a glitch in the tutorial that would crash the game, a way to cheat death, and the teleporter prototype is insanely broken, allowing you to somehow skip bosses and destroy the AI of some bosses (to do this, use it in a boss room, enter again, use it, repeat)
I got this synergy in a run and had to exploit it. My first orbital gun was the flare gun... Not the best choice. Huge damage but all the smoke and light really obscured the play field.
Weapons that would’ve been interesting: Evolver in different stages Same thing with Gunderfury The Awp with the 360YesScope Synergy Lil bomber Mega Hand and Heroine with the different synergies The Weapon that’s a reference to Wolfenstien. M16 Finished Gun The gun where when you get hit it drops the red heart. Just to make a few.
The closest I got to the crown of guns madness… was a hurricane of swords due to the Excalibur Snicker-Snack synergy, scattershot and orbiting bullets… TLDR I made a hurricane of swords
It really depends on the game. There are a bunch of reasons why I mainly do Gungeon, and while a game wouldn't have to meet all of the criteria that Gungeon does, it'd still probably have to meet most of them.

Curse stops having an effect upon Jammed enemy rates above 10, I believe, thought I'm not sure how it affects drop rates.
