The new documents appear only in the main area (central executive) as far as I know. Because it's a safe zone and more new people come there, maybe. Glass is absolutely breakable, don't let it stop you! And it's not the only thing that is: the same applies to the paintings that have something like a doorway in them. There are a lot of secrets in the Oldest House 😉
HR at the FBC has to either be a total nightmare or the chillest place ever if so many employees are fine giving out hot gossip in the middle of an extra-dimensional invasion.
