Natalie, I feel as she thinks she deserves 100% of he's attention, on the contrary about low self esteem, she wouldn't try to get him to hug her in public, when she asked him to do it, or better said ( demand it ) I believe she would be shy, not demanding or controlling. I'm probably wrong but that's how I feel about it. I apologize for my English grammar, ( is not my first language)

Low self-esteem can be shy or it can be inappropriately bold in order to get reassurance. I’m thinking she was feeling the second one: wanting a hug as reassurance that he was into her rather than being confident enough to not take his customs personally.
Nope she doesn't have low self esteem at all - in fact her problem is the complete opposite.

i actually married a moroccon that i met on instagram, but before we decided to marry it took us almost one year to decide, i came to morocco a few times, we had an amazing small wedding, i love him his family so much, islam etc, everything is pretty much same as my country or similar- i am from Mexico- but i do live in America😁🥰 now im pregnant with the second child- and

Hassan is so much NOT attracted to Nicole that it hurts to even watch... That´s why I like to watch Rebecca and Zied interactions. After Hassan being straight up disgusted by Nicole and Mahamit doing poker face and trying to survive in the unheated house until the green card arrives, it feels refreshing to watch Zied being so into Rebecca. It is not normal for parents in the U.S. to be OK with kids sharing rooms with their boyfriends/girlfriends. It just so happens that the people on this show who are from the U.S. do whatever they want and their parents just watch and do nothing.

I believe it’s the same in Egypt...at least it was in 2011-2012. I was with an Egyptian family heading to Ain Sohkna when we got stopped at one of the stop points. They asked for everyone’s documents and then asked the family I was traveling with whom I was. Lol they said I was family, their cousin visiting. 😂🤭🤫 Thank goodness everything went ok. We stayed in a private area in a huge apartment and had no other problems. Some foreigners may get scared by these stop points but I know it’s for the safety of everyone including foreigners. Maybe growing up with a military/government family helped me become more immune to them (it’s normal for us).
Yeah a lot of foreigners have hard times adjusting to these things. Safety is important so i underrstand why they have such systems in place!

In my part of the US it's not unusual for unmarried people to live together and share hotel rooms. I found Brandon's parent's rules a little odd, but there are definitely people around like that. It's usually older religious people that insist on couples being married before they stay in a room together. I think most younger people don't think anything about it.
It really bothers me how Nicole keeps pressuring Azan to stay in a room with her. He's clearly uncomfortable and she doesn't respect his boundaries at all.

I do not fully understand the importance of showing affection in public. I mean, I'm someone who shows affection, tho I always understood some of my friends who didn't liked affection. I totally understand and respect the fact that when you go overseas you must respect the local culture and customs, religion, etc. HOWEVER, I know for a fact that a lot of the non-Americans on this show from the Middle East and North Africa use their culture and religion as a shield because they know a lot of these ignorant Americans haven't done their homework and don't know any better LOL (And I can say that as a cultured, non-ignorant American.)
But it's totally true! People make fun of Americans all over the world for being these ignorant, uncultured, self-entitled people who just travel around the world thinking that we can just do what we want to do and don't bother to humble ourselves to respect the native cultures of these other places we want to go to. But I'd just like to go on the record and say that while a lot of Americans ARE just completely clueless and self entitled. . .we're definitely not ALL like this X-/

SN: Zain, how is the festive season celebrated (if at all, as it's a Muslim country) in Morocco?
I talked about it a little bit in the live stream, it's festive in the commercial places (malls and fancy areas) but not so much in the residential or commoners areas if that makes sense
Off subject: I noticed you cut your chicken next to your seasonings not good because you're contaminating them with bacteria from the chicken now you need to wash them with water and soap so you don't get sick.
