I think that is just a normal taxi for Southwest. A high speed taxi would be followed by a call in the cockpit of "airspeed alive"

About a month or two ago I landed here and so help me that pilot was taxiing that plane down the back side at what had to be 70-90kts. Maybe more. The flight attendant said that he was finished for the day and wanted to get home. I told them I loved it.
