just wondering how deep does the disk go? I know it is dependent upon the hardness of the soil. and if you have high clay, nice to see the equipment out and getting the job done. I am going to take a swing over to your brothers channel and see if anything is new. so neat seeing the removal of pest animals ! near me there is a group of deer daily eating baby corn out of a field it is just down the street , but each morning it is the same.have a great independence day!
This field was very sandy I was actually able to run the disk 5-6” deep and smooth it out decent after the cows ran on of field all winter and yeah I have a deer I see every night I think she just works her way down a row of my beans eating every single one off
I have a John Deere planter same as yours, sometimes it skips or even go a row without putting seed in the ground, l don't realize it's doing that Intel l see the corn starting to come up, was wondering if you know what my problem would be
So I had 4 rows missing out of the whole field and what I finally found was a piece of the seed bag was in the row unit plugging it so might just be a wore out row unit might need to take it to John deer and have them rebuild it or get a kit
Cool view of the disc in action.👍
I sure like your videos, it's good to see young people farming, God bless
Thanks for posting. Nice to see another season starting.
Been hoping for a new video, we run a 7000 also, great video 👍

How many acres of corn do you plant to put in the crib for the cattle????? The disk really made a nice seed bed for the soybeans!!!!!!!
We harvest between 15-20 acres for the crib every year depending on yeild
