Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cheese Pastry Using Sweet Loren's Puff Pastry

Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cheese Pastry
Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Egg, Separated
3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Blueberries, Frozen
1 Sweet Loren's Puff Pastry
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate egg in an egg separator. Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and egg yolk until well mixed. Add in vanilla. Remove Sweet Lorens Puff pastry and separate the sides into to strips, but leaving the middle intact. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto the center of the pastry dough. Place frozen blueberries on top of the cream cheese. Begin at top edge of pastry and slightly stretch dough strips to braid covering the filling in the middle. Take the egg white and add in the water. Blend the water and egg yolk until it forms an egg wash, It will look bubbly white and frothy. Add the egg wash over the braided pastry. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for 45 minutes. Place in fridge for about 1 hour. In a Pyrex cup with a spout mix powdered sugar and milk to form a glaze. Drizzle over blueberry cream cheese pastry. Slice and serve!
