I think the nutritionist in peach was saying there's more to a healthy diet then just cutting out all sugar-She's more pro dietary education which is more of a complex idea.
I like how the fat people clapped when asked "who eats in moderation"!!! clearly they don't know about the most basic math! if you put more calories in your body than you burn, you are eating in excess!!
I can tell the "no moderation" chick NEVER been overweight....this pregnancy is most likely her at her heaviest, and she STILL not fat. People who have never had to lose 100+ lbs. for the most part are so black & white about weight loss, but they don't really understand. So screw what she says, moderation can work!

i'm against cutting out some food completely, it creates craving, the more it is forbidden the more you crave it

Diet is not a bad word, diet is what you eat or drink on a daily or frequent basis.
