I want to share my experience on this concept. My closest of relatives manipulated me & my family for years . A time came when I was completely shattered & finished . I was not getting any way to come out of it . Then eventually I got connected to spirituality. With the help of few special persons & spirituality I somehow collected my leftover energy. Then slowly -slowly things got improved . Now I am in a better condition.
Many times I feel that those people keep on sending negative vibrations to me but I always keep my energy field disconnected from them . Totally forgot & forgave them . I complete all my responsibilities towards them .I create only good thoughts for them & never discuss about that time .
I completely believe how necessary it was for my own survival & well being of everyone.
I will always be thankful to you & those few people who were there with me at hardest times of my life . 🙏
