I’ve noticed with my healing that when I date I get caught up either the good feeling of when a man after a few dates want me to be his girlfriend and plan things in the future I get caught up with all the excitement of future planning but I don’t even know this person well and then when red flags start to show I walk away that’s the positive part of my healing o do walk away I didn’t used to I would stay for years but what I need now is the knowledge of not getting caught up with that excitement or that feeling when somebody’s giving me all that I want to hear but hasn’t shown any actions yet that’s where I am in my healing

    ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤ this!
A book called “The Happiness Advantage” by Shawn Achor (hope I spelled that right), a Harvard researcher discusses this topic in depth and offers chapters on a top 5 strategies to get out of that mindset. Might be an additional good resource for you or your audience.
Love the briefer summary version here! Way to spare us a few hours of reading. ❤🎉
    Thank you much!
