Turns out her dad discovered certain clothes were actually Venom-like aliens, and they drank the wearer's blood in exchange for giving them power - but he got offed before it could go public
Bro this anime is literally LEGENDARY. Like a must watch. It's so over the top and absurd but the most epic stuff you could ever watch at the same time

This is the only anime with good and creative fan service. I was definitely too young to see this, but at least I was too young to register the themes 😂 I was too into the fighting. I still love that teacher though.
