      How’s it been going? I think I’ll go the duplex route too. Renting one half and living in the other? Would love to know and learn

      @@savagestyles1606 I would recommend getting side by side layout instead one unit on top of the other. I had a hard time renting out the bottom unit because no one wants to hear foot steps over their head.

    Ya.. as someone in the 99% i can afford about 10% of $100k foreclosed shack in the middle of nowhere. Therefor none of this means anything. 15-20% down is most peoples entire annual income 🤦🏼‍♂️
