I use both the hard and soft tacos, I put the meat etc in the hard shell then wrap it in the soft one so if the hard one cracks it is inside the soft one and is less messy. Instead of retried beans, I use a tin of Chinese black beans drained.

Pork Tenderloin is usually roasted whole or sliced about an inch thick and pounded down to about 1/2 inch, breaded and fried to make breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches.
On the egg salad I would add a sprinkle of sugar and stir in some onion powder its life changing! Especially the onion powder maybe not even half a tsp.
I remember when you used to eat such a low calorie diet that I sometimes worried about you. However, it seems like you have found a nice balance between calorie counting & eating what you love!❤❤ we love to see it~

Great video. Everything on here is comfort food to me. I can eat tacos until I pass out.(hard shell). I like pimento cheese with or without cream cheese, and I make egg salad the same as deviled eggs with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. This is all great food.
I put a little cream cheese along with my Mayo. I tend to use extra pimentos and, put some chopped onions. Homemade pimento cheese taste sooooo, much better than, that pimento cheese spread in the jar, that spread in the jar is gross. In Kroger’s pimentos are also hard to find they also put them somewhere, where the set them clear on top. Now, it’s either chopped or those long pieces. When, my mom and grandma make egg salad, they would put onion and celery in it along with the relish and mustard and Mayo. It’s really good once it sets in the fridge for awhile. We like it on toast and, putting a slice of cheese on there before we plop some egg salad on there.
The pre-shredded cheese has that weird powdery texture (probably something added to keep it from sticking together), so I agree, freshly shredded at home is better!
Speaking of the shredded cheese in the bag........ that cheese has modified food starch in the bag, which is nasty in shredded cheese in the bag. They do that to avoid the cheese sticking together in the bag....... I don’t like the texture of that cheese because the food starch in the bag doesn’t let the cheese melt properly......... block cheese is much different & a better melting experience too. BTW, that food starch is used in many other types of bagged shredded cheeses too........ I only recently found that out myself.

Agree block cheese is taste 10x better then shredded and shredded has twice as many carbs because of what they use to keep it from clumping. Love this types of videos. Ok going to give you a recipe that my grandpa made .They have 7 kids and they couldn't afford to eat burgers at Frish's so that's how what we call wally slaw/hamburger slaw came to life. 1. 8oz bag of shredded lettuce 6 TB mayo 20 pickle chips chopped 2 or 3 slices of chopped yellow onion Salt and pepper Mix together .Put fridge for at 1-2 hours.I like to make it the morning and if I am going to have it for dinner. Use to top your burgers and metts Like the cheddar ones Kevin's buys .soo yummy and if there's any leftover I will add to saltiness crackers.
I’ve used my kitchen paid to shred pork before. Works a treat 😃 use it for mixing up sausage ball mixture as well 😃 Definitely going to try this rub recipe. Thanks for the video!! ❤️

I will say you should try this atleast one time it changes the tacos. This is only way I make mine now. Anyways diced up a red onion, tomato & cut up a little cilantro. Mix it up like a salad. Add a little salt to taste. Then add that to your tacos. (I never used lettuce again) haha This literally brings them to a new level. It’s so good :) The pork looked amazing!!!

Pimento Cheese has been around forever, it’s a southern thing. You can actually buy pimento cheese spread in stores, I myself can’t do it from the jar it grosses me out. But, I have learned to make my own which is much better and, is made much different and the taste is really good.
I've missed some vids cause work has been crazy. Very busy nights, coming home tired and sore, lol. Good dinners vid though. I eat whatever when I get home from work, lol. Usually it's light cause it's late.

These dinners, were pretty much my go to meals. Pimento cheese is the only thing that I do not like, tried a few times, and not for me. Soft shells and refried beans are two staples for me, when eating tacos. Taco Bell uses onion for their Bean Burritos, and whenever you order a supreme version of a taco/burrito.

I like the diced chunks, but Paula Deen said that she uses her hands to smash her eggs. She doesn't want any chunks. That sounds more like what you have.

Not Food Starch, corn starch, in the factories they use a air drying process they put it it through.

We like to use a fork and press through the egg to make small bits. Soo yummy. Add a few slices of crispy bacon and I'm a happy lady!!
