The Tenebrae Choir is always food for the soul and the spirit!!! Always amazing!!!
Man, there's nothing that beats singing in something like this. It's reverent but not in your standard way. It reaches your soul and makes you feel like you're part of the music and not just someone performing it.
Absolutely wonderful.
Was fortunate enough to hear them perform this last night at my local cathedral. Astounding. So grateful for the experience.
From South Africa. Incredible best of class individual singers. Every part with golden voices is heard distinctively yet remarkable blended voices. The AAA+ soprano voices amazingly hit the note from the top without strain. The graceful diminuendos and gradual crescendo's give a good interpretation of the sentiment and feeling of the narrative related in this song, despite not understanding the language. But the feeling is felt deep in the marrow of one's bones. Brilliant , awesome, powerful sound and intonation. Amazing talent
Superb combination of top notch voices and exceptional direction. Thank you all.
NUNC dimittis servum tuum, Domine
Secundum verbum tuum in pace
Quia viderunt oculi mei
salutare tuum ,
Quod parasti
ante faciem omnium populorum
Lumen ad revelationem gentium,
Et gloriam plebis tuae Israel.
Thank you for all the preparation that goes into such a wonderful performance. Bless you all.
Toujours aussi magnifique, merci à vous tous.
Excellent to see an old chorister from the Drome, for whose choir Holst wrote this, in the tenors! Wonderful sound, as ever.

Beste Chor!
They sound great, and they aren’t letting Mr Short’s conducting in 4 bother them.
The closest to heaven I've ever been is in this room.
Great singing. But as usual, no countertenors.....
Coro excepcional!!!
