Even Queen not doing well is a shock. They're like Gods here in the UK. Vanessa Williams is very underrated surprised her entry here wasn't a hit as a good follow-up to 'Dreamin''. Q-Feel appeared in the 1982 UK selection for Eurovision and finished 7th. We'd have probably given Nicole a run for her money in Harrogate. One of U2s best songs 'All I Want Is You' - just amazing. Guessing Erasure were a bit much for the Americans. 'Nighttrain' an excellent gem from the best Guns N Roses album. Every song is amazing on that album. The Texas song is a gem and very known here. Sinitta a guilty pleasure. Had no idea 'If You Asked Me To' was a cover. Thought Celine was the original singer. 'French Kiss' is interesting for the sexual noises in the song lol. I have many favourites so no absolute fave. You can see the influence of the stadium rock being strong as it was in 86-88. Excellent songs and look forward to 1990 lower rankers!

It takes me a hell of a lot longer than 15 minutes to watch these 'bottom 50' compilations because I always find myself pausing the video to research many of the acts I'd never heard of.

You're right for "End of the line" which peaked #28 and doesn't deserve to be on this video, but amazingly it didn't chart ARC, so I inserted the song on this video volume 2. (That's why I put the word "mostly" on the title). "Radar love" on the other hand peaked #59, so it's normal to see it here.
