i just got a scooter from this company they are rubbish i own 6 E scooters and this is the worse one. it folds on you while ridng. i was going 15mph - 20mph and it just collaped on me , good job i had some body gear on , NO HELMET ON , things could oif been way worse , i smashed my haands 2weeks ago due to the scooter collaping on me , hand still healing now ??? i had issue with seller of trhis scooter and guess what ??? they block me ( the scooter company the manufactures )and spoke ill of me , i got my 1000.00 back out of them with a so called refund ( i demanded my money back took over 1 month to solve,,) i will fix this scooter get everything changed will cost me about 1000.00 , i will make it a duel scooter but first the collaping stem needs to be resolved as its not fit for purpose.
I don't understand why don't you have official site? Or any contact adress? How can we get any information about your product? I'm in a big doubt about quality of your products
I bought a SEALUP Q7 in Lazada. I bought the highest AH, 28.6Ah which means it should have a long-distance run. It says that the battery can run up to 150km. That's exaggerated. It says it's waterproof. Another lie. It says 1-year warranty. After a few months of using it, I got a problem. It didn't run and the seller sent me a controller but it is not a controller. After a few more months, I got into an accident and even reached the doctor. I got injuries that up to now I still suffer the pain and I spent a lot with the scooter sending it to their shop in Bangkok. After 1 week, still not touched when I went to pull it out because I couldn't wait for more days. I brought it to 2 different repair shops. The seller refused to help me. It's a nightmare to have bought SEALUP from Lazada.
@@reginaldofrugal9882 i have the 28.6ah as well and they refuse me repair too i got my money back after paying 1000.00 pounds for it now have to fix everything my self but i have the scooter so that is a bonus for all my time wasted. bought it 30 days ago .. i will never use this company again
