    I’m so proud of these people for taking this seriously. The 600lb life Americans refuse I never understood why, but it’s refreshing to see people take their doctors seriously

      TLC takes a vastly different approach and there is much less emphasis on education. TLC is doing it for the money, not to genuinely help. I'm an average dude, it's taken me years of study and practice to learn exactly how messed up our government dietary recommendations are, how corporations are quietly adding sugars, dyes, and emulsifiers into our food to keep us addicted. Personal responsibility is foundational and needs to be the primary focus, but there is something to be said about how western governments have set their citizens up for failure... all for the mighty dollar.

    I helped one of the hosers where I used to work with by giving him a Gout tea formula fromZen House,California. Got better could go back to work. I cured my eczema with Evening Primrose oil and Borage oil and eating less gluten. Thank you.

    The people at the hospital are SO lovely..my heart goes out to the patients, though, often people have no sympathy for people with food issues.

    My husband got an ulcer and that made him go into selective eating but not so severe. But he gave up gluten and white potatoes and lost more weight when he was underweight already.He still is onEat right 4 your type. He got down to 125, worrying his family, normally140

    12:48 is the WORST explanation of tryptophan/amino acids. And that meal has zero seasoning, zero flavours. I'd love this process redone properly : with their bloods tested before and after, and recording their cooking and progress.

    My thyroid and parathyroid was removed in total. I had surgery to remove polyps what food can i absorbs to get that good feeling in the body.

      1. Good mind
      2. Good sleep
      3. Good food
      4. Good exercise
      For a person to get cured, he/she needs to focus on all 4 consistently.
