Hi Maryam, have you tried the Elf Halo Glow loose powder for setting your under eyes yet? It’s works pretty well, but like you, I’m still trying to find something better whether it be drugstore or high end.
What lash serum do you use? I’ve always used GrandeLash which works amazingly well, but it has the bad ingredient that dermatologists say not to use. I’m on the hunt for one without prostaglandin analogs (PGAs).

The NYX HD loose powder is very close to the Pat Mcgraph setting powder. Very nice for the undereyes.
