I honestly find mg21 to be pretty bad in this game and heisei being a direct counter almost, any attack mecha tries that includes a rush, a good heisei can easily counter it

if you use you 3 and the 1 moves that did so much damage the 1 move push them back and use you 2 move and 4 move
