Degi Aloo Kofta Curry Recipe | Perfect Aloo Koftey Ka Salan | Degi Mutton Kofta Curry

Ingredients:
500 g mutton/ chicken/ buffalo mince
¼ cup coriander leaves
¼ cup mint leaves
3-4 green chilli
1 small onion
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp fried onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
4-5 tbsp roasted chickpeas
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 tsp poppy seeds
Gravy:
½ cup oil
2 inch cinnamon stick
10-12 black pepper
4-5 cloves
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
1 mace
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
1 tsp salt
⅓ tsp turmeric powder
1 large tomato paste
⅓ cup curd2 golden fried onion
Coriander leaves
green chilli
4-5 raw potato cut into big pieces
