I complained to my manager today about my direct supervisor. I explained she’s very knowledgeable but has a very strong personality “attitude” and I’ve been taking it but it shouldn’t have to be acceptable. I left the conversation feeling more confused than anything and questioning if I should have said anything at all. I said what I said and I’m not sorry about it. I treat everyone with respect and kindness and it gets taken as a weakness, I can’t let it happen.
