forgot to mention Two features that Newmar does "that I wish Renegade would do" is...1) the cooktop is removable so you can just lift it up and unplug it and take it outside to cook! 2) the shower has a water saver recycle button so the water recycles until it is hot then the button turns red, then you allow the water to come out the shower head. Great water saver! P.S. LOVE having you back Chuck!!!
I meet Chuck in Moab a couple of years ago. I was in Moab looking at Hondas new SXS they had just introduced. He happened to be in Moab as a vendor selling UTV accessories, got talking to him and a couple of the people with him. It came up why I was in Moab and he invited me to go on a ride with them the next day. He offered to sell me his display SXS if i was interested, but he offered no pressure for me to buy it. Got to talk to him about a lot of different things, we were on the trail for five hours or so. I can tell you this guy is very humble, and has not gotten to where he is without a lot of hard work. He really knows how to run a business and what it takes to have a successful one. He's always looking to improve things and cares about quality. I didn't end up buying his SXS but I had a lot of fun with him and hearing his story a very interesting person and all around great guy.
I'd not really considered a owning a Super C until I viewed this video. My wife and I have been looking almost exclusively at Newmar Class A RV's, focusing on their New Aire models. Thanks to Chuck's EXCELLENT VIDEO we're now seriously considering the Newmar Super Star! Keep up your GREAT WORK sir! Thank you for producing this.

Wow! Amazing! The only Newmar units I saw (via TH-cam videos) were the Class A *buses.* But Super C's are the way to go for me and this Newmar Superstar model line is a jaw-dropper. The dashboard does not look like a big rig, it looks like an oversized F-350 and not a Freightliner. The interior of this Newmar is truly stunningly beautiful. The item that was left out of this video was the dimensions - total length, hood length, cab size, the width with the slides closed and with them extended and with the awnings extended and the and the very important total height of the vehicle. You're doing excellent presentations, keep them coming. Thank you very much.
Fit and finish seems far superior on the renegade. This coach looks cheaply made. The interior and the way the panels and moldings on the exterior don't impress. I has a Jayco Seneca and I see a lot of the same type of construction. Very similar. This coach probably cost 4 times as much as the Seneca so I would have expected not to see the cost saving construction details. And by the way, when you are essentially making a commercial for a vehicle, sticking another 20 commercials on top of it plain sucks. Maybe those commercials can stick more commercials inside of them. I really enjoyed your other videos. Go back to the way you used to make them.
This is the best RV video I have ever seen, and I've seen a few. Class C is the way to go, Newmar is the way to go. Newmar owes you a beer for this one

Damn fine toy... I built cabinets for the country camper buses and for a time with Monaco.. back in the 80's.. The class C's now a days put the old class A buses to shame.. these are beautiful dream boats.. thanks brother!
Great video! Between Renegade and Newmar, they each have pros and cons. We’ve had both. Deal breaker for us with the Newmar was the small black/gray tank capacities. Almost twice as much fresh as black/gray which if your not careful could cause tank overflows. Air ride cab, pass thru storage, rear storage, heavier GVWR advantage Newmar Skylight in cab is nothing but a huge heater IMO and a negative for Newmar. Cabinetry quality, tank capacities, more usable exterior basement bays, advantage Renegade. But most importantly, having competition in their level of Super C is a good thing and will raise the bar for consumers.
If we could just get renegade to do a luxury style instead of the cabin style that they do. They say you pretty much design it yourself so why can't we put all luxuries in a renegade. And I just can't stand when renegade puts a 32-in TV above the door and the couch is a distance away. I've seen with big screens 55 in renegade so I know it can be done
Oh and another thing renegade needs to do at the price point that they sell things like the counter the faucets the outdoor shower they look like Walmart grade items they need to step that up quite a bit. In the showers look so cheap and it's time renegade puts in that water saver where you can save your water until it heats up.
Nice looking coach… I like the bigger rigs in the Renegade and Showhauler models. I do love the rear trunk but would like a ladder. I am a free years away from getting one, but will be coming to IWS to purchase. Chuck and these videos are the reason, along with the team he has built.
I’m a full timer in my 2018 Georgetown 36B and heavy IWS watcher. My family is tired of the class A motor home life and we decided to get a house built but I’m not done with the motor home life yet. So now I’m leaning towards a super C now for my wife and I one day. I’m claiming it now.. I will definitely have one of these from IWS one day.’ May not be a brand new one but from what I’ve seen on your channel it’s all quality anyway. Great video about the Super star 💯👍🏿

That thing is awesome. looks a lot easier to clean with those recessed awnings and you can brush the bugs of the sunroof without worry of scratching. Definitely some different and nice features here.

Welcome back been waiting on something new and spectacular you didn't disappoint! The wind sock works great! It's been said that Newmar basically put their Mountain Aire on a Super C. The air ride in front seems pretty awesome too. Be honest the Jack in The Box music in the back ground drove me nuts lol but still look forward to your Supreme Aire tour!

Only 13 minutes in on video. I noticed the power cord is up front drivers side. Most power hook ups are in back. Is that long enough to reach campground power.
Beautiful contrasting colors on the outside. Love the cabinetry. The White leather furniture, not so much, it will look dirty after a few days of use. You’ll spend more time trying to keep it clean than enjoying the reasons of why you buy an RV.

Sigh, it is a real shame when the dinette window area is sacrificed for the sake of the TV. After the windshield, dinettes are supposed to have the largest windows to enjoy the views. At this price, the televator should be standard so the dining window size isn't diminished. Hope there are 37' floorplans or shorter with the lovely Newmar buffet dinette/caseta. Thank you for taking the time to present your otherwise lovely Superstar model.

I love everything about this coach. Only problem I see is that my wife and I are probably not tall enough to reach the control panel over the door or the entry door latch. Great job with the walk through though. I really appreciate your attention to detail!
Thank you for the great video Chuck! Thank you for doing a walkthrough with the slides in! The Newmar did well with the cap around the top that hides the ACs and vents and I love the front window above the driver seat. I am surprised they didn't do Lithium yet but at least it will be on the way. The heater floor vents was an eye brow raiser because I can see so much dirt getting into those vents compared to a wall mounted vent. Also, the TV by the dinette should be a high/low mount so it disappears if you want window space.
Nice video! You always provide a detailed presentation. Definitely a sharp Newmar Super C. I still prefer a diesel pusher as they tend to have more basement storage. Also, there are plenty of tow companies that can safely tow a Class A. So I would not let that be a deciding factor. I agree the engine on this like semi-trucks are a lot easier to work on.
An absolute must have ,just imagine you are on the road but you got sooo bored at staring at the window, you || just wish you were staying home sothat you could just do what you want to do such as watching tv or gaming,well with this incredible rv motorhome now you can just do that,but what if somebody else wants to watch tv but you want to play games? Well no problem just go to the main sleeproom,close the door for more privecy,now connect you favorite game console to your tv and now you can playing games without distorbing others,all while traveling😁😁🙏☹️
As a business owner myself I understand why you did, you were losing part of the market share that Newmar has to offer. If you could address this sometime in how you will handle Newmar's problem lately with lacking in quality of their PDI before leaving the factory and also poor customer service at the Newmar service center. There has been quite a few videos on TH-cam from Essex and KingAire owners selling their units and going with Newell coaches because of the frustration with dealing with Newmar and being treated poorly! Will you be a Newmar Authorized shop for these units or will we have to deal with Newmar?

My only complaint is that in a coach as expensive as that, why wouldn’t they have a smart steering wheel? As always your walkthroughs are great. You talk to everyone like a friend, not like a used car salesman.

This is a beautiful machine. For myself however I’d be more concerned with its construction details. The luxury features are great, but comfort is not my priority. I would take this machine around the country several times. I often go off road (to some extent, but nothing stupid) and would need a tougher machine. Living on the road, for vacationers and vagabonds, requires dependability and strength. I’d like to hear more about the technical specs presented in a ‘why we do this’ type of presentation. The silver/grey color in this scheme is too dark, IMO. The paint job would ‘POP’ with a slightly lighter silver/grey. What’s the ballpark purchase price for this mean puppy?

I also would like to have a choice to have a comfortable sofa instead of recliner chairs though reclining built into the sofa would be nice. Congrats on the new line. Only one thing about the video filming that i would improve on: get s camera with zoom and use it. Mobile is used for most internet visits these days. Not zooming means that mobile viewers can’t see what you are pointing to. Watch you video on a mobile device and you can experience it. Seems that of they are so industry challenging they would have 1. Firefly. 2. Solar. 3. Lithium. That’s where the Revolution is. Love the floor cover! Industry needed that for years. You did great coverage! Good overview otherwise. You didn’t mention price for comparison to other manufactured.

Question #2: we've made several trips in Jayco-style 31ft class C's. Our biggest complaint as a family was the noise and bumpy ride. How do these super C's compare?
Good job on the review. To me that M2 looks like a dinosaur and the lack of curved walls [ like the on Dynomax Grand Sport] just makes all that bling appear out of place. I'm most impressed with the wheelbase on that coach---something that you didn't even mention but is one of the most important aspects of drivability.
Wish the price or ballpark price would have been listed I mean sure we know upgrades and accessories would make it fluctuate but a ball park price would be nice.
I believe you missed a feature that Newmar brought out in their Class As. If you look in the overhead cabinets above the bed, you SHOULD find an electric outlet as well as access on both sides for a CPAP hose. This allows you to place your CPAP machine out of sight.
From the video it really appears nice. Good competition for the Verona LE 38LDG. However I really like the split bath in the Verona LE. The Super Star shower looks really tight.
I like this battleship here. Two things, I noticed that when you was running the wall slides it wasn’t a flush straight out motion. Towards the ending of the wall slide it kind of dipped downward, where others go straight out and it rattled a bit. Second the sky window shade didn’t come out of the slide in one smooth line. The left side came out and forced the right side to jump forward to catch up.

I am surprised they didn't do Lithium yet but at least it will be on the way. The heater floor vents was an eye brow raiser because I can see so much dirt getting into those vents compared to a wall mounted vent. Also, the TV by the dinette should be a high/low mount so it disappears if you want window space.

Nice video! You always provide a detailed presentation. Definitely a sharp Newmar Super C. I still prefer a diesel pusher as they tend to have more basement storage. Also, there are plenty of tow companies that can safely tow a Class A. So I would not let that be a deciding factor. I agree the engine on this like semi-trucks are a lot easier to work on.

An absolute must have ,just imagine you are on the road but you got sooo bored at staring at the window, you || just wish you were staying home sothat you could just do what you want to do such as watching tv or gaming,well with this incredible rv motorhome now you can just do that,but what if somebody else wants to watch tv but you want to play games?
Well no problem just go to the main sleeproom,close the door for more privecy,now connect you favorite game console to your tv and now you can playing games without distorbing others,all while traveling😁😁🙏☹️

Isn't the legal weight limit on a single driver 20,000 lbs.? That plus 16 on the front axel makes a total GVRW of 36,000 not 40,000.

As a business owner myself I understand why you did, you were losing part of the market share that Newmar has to offer. If you could address this sometime in how you will handle Newmar's problem lately with lacking in quality of their PDI before leaving the factory and also poor customer service at the Newmar service center. There has been quite a few videos on TH-cam from Essex and KingAire owners selling their units and going with Newell coaches because of the frustration with dealing with Newmar and being treated poorly! Will you be a Newmar Authorized shop for these units or will we have to deal with Newmar?

This is a beautiful machine. For myself however I’d be more concerned with its construction details. The luxury features are great, but comfort is not my priority. I would take this machine around the country several times. I often go off road (to some extent, but nothing stupid) and would need a tougher machine. Living on the road, for vacationers and vagabonds, requires dependability and strength. I’d like to hear more about the technical specs presented in a ‘why we do this’ type of presentation. The silver/grey color in this scheme is too dark, IMO. The paint job would ‘POP’ with a slightly lighter silver/grey. What’s the ballpark purchase price for this mean puppy?

I also would like to have a choice to have a comfortable sofa instead of recliner chairs though reclining built into the sofa would be nice. Only one thing about the video filming that i would improve on: get s camera with zoom and use it. Mobile is used for most internet visits these days. Not zooming means that mobile viewers can’t see what you are pointing to. Watch you video on a mobile device and you can experience it.
Seems that of they are so industry challenging they would have 1. Firefly. 2. Solar. 3. Lithium. That’s where the Revolution is. Love the floor cover! Industry needed that for years.

Question #2: we've made several trips in Jayco-style 31ft class C's. Our biggest complaint as a family was the noise and bumpy ride. How do these super C's compare?
Good job on the review. To me that M2 looks like a dinosaur and the lack of curved walls [ like the on Dynomax Grand Sport] just makes all that bling appear out of place. I'm most impressed with the wheelbase on that coach---something that you didn't even mention but is one of the most important aspects of drivability.

I believe you missed a feature that Newmar brought out in their Class As. If you look in the overhead cabinets above the bed, you SHOULD find an electric outlet as well as access on both sides for a CPAP hose. This allows you to place your CPAP machine out of sight.
From the video it really appears nice. Good competition for the Verona LE 38LDG. However I really like the split bath in the Verona LE. The Super Star shower looks really tight.

I like this battleship here. Two things, I noticed that when you was running the wall slides it wasn’t a flush straight out motion. Towards the ending of the wall slide it kind of dipped downward, where others go straight out and it rattled a bit. Second the sky window shade didn’t come out of the slide in one smooth line. The left side came out and forced the right side to jump forward to catch up.
