    Cooking Pot Rice
    1. Place pre-soaked rice in a pot and add 2 cups of water (using a standard measuring cup).
    2. Leave the lid off and boil over high heat.
    3. When it starts boiling, stir the rice gently with a spoon.
    4. After stirring, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    5. With the lid still on, cook on low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
    6. Turn off the heat and let the rice sit with the lid on for another 5 minutes to steam. Your rice is ready!
    Cooking Braised Soft Bean Curd
    [How to remove silken tofu cleanly]
    1. Cut open the silken tofu package at the top.
    2. Trim the two opposite corners at the bottom.
    3. Slice along the sides to neatly remove the tofu.
    [Cooking]
    1. Slice the white part of the green onion thinly.
    2. Wipe off the white powder from the kelp using a damp paper towel.
    3. Boil 2 cups of water with 2 sheets of kelp until foamy, then remove the kelp.
    4. Heat 2T cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and the white part of the green onion over high heat.
    5. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in red chili powder, soybean paste, and gochujang.
    6. Add 100ml of kelp broth to the pan and mix thoroughly.
    7. Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, coating it in the sauce.
    8. Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pour into the pan. Cover and cook over low heat.
    9. Serve on a plate and garnish with finely chopped green onion (green part).
    Cooking Soft Bean Curd Stew
    [Preparation]
    1. Thinly slice the white and green parts of the green onion.
    2. Dice the onion into 2cm cubes.
    3. Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms and pat the caps to remove any dust.
    4. Dice the mushroom caps to match the size of the onion cubes.
    [Cooking]
    1. Heat a pot with a bit of oil and sauté minced garlic and the white part of the green onion.
    2. Add minced pork and cook until browned.
    3. Stir in ginger powder, red chili powder, soybean paste, and gochujang.
    ※ Adjust the heat to avoid burning the ingredients.
    4. Add diced onion and mushrooms, mixing well.
    5. Gradually add 200-250ml of water while stirring.
    ※ Add more chili powder if you prefer spicier flavors.
    6. Cut the silken tofu in half, remove the packaging, and add to the pot.
    7. Break the tofu into large chunks and simmer for 5 more minutes.
    8. Transfer to an earthenware bowl, crack an egg on top, and garnish with green onion (green part).
