Dave, Last year my very young granddaughter and I discovered your Christmas Train videos and both fell in love with them! She's been so entertained with them all through this past year. She is now 18 months old. Last year Papaw decided she needed a Christmas Train around our tree. Following Christmas Papaw was hooked and now sitting at 6 Lionel Trains. This year we've taken a shot at doing our own Christmas Train Village and have it on TH-cam. She's delighted and loves watching Papaw's videos but of course still loves watching yours as well. Dave Hohman is a household name around here! lol When my daughter (her Mom) and I finished putting this altogether I said "Well we're not at Dave Hohman's level but I do think it's TH-cam worthy! So we went for it! Just wanted to share our story with you and let you know how much we've enjoyed your Christmas Train Videos! Simply over the top amazing!
I will say one thing you get better every year you added on stuff to the village. I do see stuff not to scale in some areas like the Hugh police man. I hope you keep it up year round to enjoy it 365 days a year.

That's a nice layout. I loved watching the trains running around the layout. I enjoyed seeing that Hamms beer car. I have Lionel trains from the 1950s. I have a layout in the basement that I built for the grandkids to enjoy. A smile is all I need to see on their faces. Thanks for the great video. 👍🚂😀
I watched both of your videos started with the newest one love them both. I have an idea next year you and your wife should sit in the chairs dressed up as Santa and Mrs Claus and slow down one of the train so the GoPro can pick it up making it look you two are just enjoying everything on the tracks. Fantastic! I wish I had that much space! I don't so I’ve decided to go with N gauge train and N scale landscape. I am able to devote a 2 X 8 foot area to that and believe I will be able to fit everything I want into that area.

I have only one hugh metel train set from the 1930's. I lost the transformer to it so it has just been sitting in its original box all these years.
Transformers for it are easy to find get one and get that train on the tracks. Thanks for watching and check out this year’s video.
