For example, over here in the UK, we use it more like "idiot" than a slur. But it's used more/less in certain areas. Then you have Australians and Irish. To them, cunt doesn't mean shit, they'll say it all the time. In short, give the Aussies, Irish and British the C-word pass. We already use it IRL.
