I have no need for playing lessons, but one thing I am not...is a sound designer( I like to tinker, but I am not skilled at replicating a specific sound.) I'm assuming you have a tutorial for these patches....or are they just slightly tweaked factory programs?
Hey, Eric! In this combi, when ARP and SW2 are on, you can hear the bass (timbre 6). But if you switch arp or SW2 off, the bass disappears. How is it done? It’s not using IFX, like you did in “Africa” (with stereo compressor assigned to damper). Can you help me out?
I believe it's a "ghost arp" assigned to ARP B and timbre 6. Unfortunately I can't really explain how to build that. I programmed a ghost arp once but it was a long time ago. Maybe try finding the Synthesaurus tutorial on this topic. That's where I first learned about it.
Great video and explanation of an epic song. Thank you.
I appreciate the comment. Thanks for stopping by.
no matter how short your videos are they are always a pleasure to watch and learn about the KK2.
I appreciate the comment, Lloyd!

Interesting. I'll have to take a look at it.
