i vote you don't count the game cube. If you start buying things that aren't sneakers for the series, you just might as well start trading options to make money for your shoes haha
Yes. Just make it purely about sneakers since if you add the game cube, you might as well use the sneaker fund to profit in other items aside from sneakers like buy lemons and sell lemonade in your yard. It sounds dumb for me if you do this though.
I think you should count the game cube, it certainly isn’t sneakers but it’s money, and that money still adds to the sneaker fund to buy more sneakers. Even if it isn’t a shoe, it still is a very good seller. You just can’t pass up the amount game cubes sell for. This also makes this series more realistic, you’re not just only looking for shoes, if you see something that also sells for a lot, why not buy it.
Great vid Seth! One quick suggestion: What do you think about putting a constant budget counter on the top of the video? It will help the viewers understand your progress in the collection so far. Also anytime you purchase or sell a sneaker, the counter will update which I think could also help get more perspective on the progress.
Every time I see these crazy shoes end up in outlets it makes me waste my gas and time to check every local outlet but SOMEDAY it will hopefully work out! Lol
ive gotten some crazy heat from goodwills… just in the last month i found some og jordan 20’s stealth almost ds from 2005 paid 24.00 sold for 225,ive found deconstructed jordan 2 ds paid 14.00 sold for 160 i have dozen of buys and sells with similar profit margins ive copped several auth and replica yeezys over the years
Shhh, don't be turning people on to the the Ross/Burlington/Marshalls hustle. I've made some good sneaker money and good personal finds from those stores.
If there is one takeaway from these videos other than making money and stuff like that. It’s the fact that we are so invested in the idea of having extensive and crazy sneaker collections, while we could just as easily buy some fairly nice shoes for low prices if we are looking enough. And for some people that’s all that matters. Keep then coming Seth, love the series! Edit: Oh and the fact that every damn brand has made a Jordan 1 lookalike lmao
I feel like adding the GameCube to the collection money would be fine because if I were to do this irl and I flipped a random find I would add that money to the collection fund myself
I've done this actually because of retro Rick too but I started off with 20 as well ...but I use the money to buy really expensive comics..action figures or psa cards... I buy/sell toys ...comics...shoes and cards and sometimes vintage clothing... I get to my goal pretty quick especially when you expand lol
Sneakers only!!!! I started to do this in 2018, I bought from goodwill, auctions, tag sales, estate sales, you should look up estate sales or tag sales around you. Now I probably have 10K shoe collection, I did 99% shoes/boots and 1% clothing it took a lot of hours but I quit drinking and smoking and made that my new addiction
Definitely use the GameCube in the sneaker collection! Anything and everything you get with that money, as long as it goes back into the fund and helps grow your shoe collection, should be fair game! Me and my gf love the series keep it up!
I found some black Taka Hayashi Vans Authentics at Ross once for like $30-40 I think, and definitely one of the coolest finds for me so far. Wasn’t a Mars Yard kind of find, but once in a blue moon you can find some really nice sneakers there. Also found some Vaporfly 4% at Burlington that I can’t even find online. Not as nice of a pickup but still under retail and a solid shoe.
Unfortunately I don’t live in the US and we don’t have stores like these. If my city had these when I was a 10 year old kid, I would have built a business by buying cheap sneakers and selling them for more. Love sneakers, love your videos.🔥
the under armour highlight rm football cleats are usually about 54$ at original retail. Might not be hard to flip considering summer time is a good time to move football stuff in preparation for the high school football season in fall. But I would ultimately stay away from cleats imo. They dont tend to move that well even when on clearance
Bro keep going to Ross and pick up cleats! Usually not as many football or baseball cleats but there are always so many soccer cleats and will resell for quite a bit because for Nike you can find pro models and not just base line models
I love this series so much!! Super interesting to watch; seeing your thought process throughout the buying and selling process. Is there a website or tool u use to figure out what sneakers are moving well atm?
Hey if you were actually starting a sneaker collection you probably would buy and sell other items , so i would say you should use the game cube as part of the fund . It is your cash so use it as you wish . Enjoying this series btw
Episode 2: I can’t wait to go to Nike outlets Episode 20: I can’t wait to get the Red October’s in. 😂 love this series. Ima stick around to see how it turns out.
i resell shoe from thrifts and asics, brooks and hokas are my best sellers. Anything asics gel 9 times out of 10 sell fast and for good money, brooks that are in good shape sell well no matter the size, and hokas are gold. Be paitent when selling hokas becasue there is always someone out there willing to spend 60-80 dollars on a pair in good condition. But always look at comps (especially for boots you might shocked some brands go for money)
One suggestion could be at the end of the week or as & when you use up your sneaker cleaning products and need more or open new products take the costs from the pot?!
I remember I bought a nike huarache for $40 and resold it for $60 from Ross and ever since that I bought a couple of SNKRS and earn bout $200 but fell ever since rona hit and I couldn’t resell shoes but ever since that I haven’t bought anything and now I work at McDonald’s.
I understand the hustle of flipping stuff for something greater but this was suppose to be flipping shoes for a whole shoe collection I thought? So no GameCube IMO.
Yea add that GameCube fund. Sneaker culture is apart of the grand resell culture, and despite it’s a console, realistically someone trying to build a collection will take any opportunity to get one step closer to a grail shoe
Suggestion for the format of this series: You tend to say the same things in the voiceover that you do in the car. Might be worth just putting the audio of you talking in the car over the footage of the store? That way you could avoid the repetition and cut down the video length a bit? Love the series btw
i vote you don't count the game cube. If you start buying things that aren't sneakers for the series, you just might as well start trading options to make money for your shoes haha
If you were starting a “real” sneaker collection for $20 you would 100% buy the game cube so yes for sure use it that sounds idiotic not to count it.
This also makes this series more realistic, you’re not just only looking for shoes, if you see something that also sells for a lot, why not buy it.
Agreed
Agreed, It just doesn’t make sense to branch off especially when you have another tech review channel that you can use…
Great vid Seth! One quick suggestion: What do you think about putting a constant budget counter on the top of the video? It will help the viewers understand your progress in the collection so far. Also anytime you purchase or sell a sneaker, the counter will update which I think could also help get more perspective on the progress.
Oooo I like that idea!
Great idea
Ye that’s cool
Keep it pure, no GameCube money. You’ll thank us at the end.
Facts
Great series. Don’t add the Game Cube. That’s not what this is about.
Every time I see these crazy shoes end up in outlets it makes me waste my gas and time to check every local outlet but SOMEDAY it will hopefully work out! Lol
😂😂 same man
😂

@@jumpmanfan23 sheeeeeessh
Too many kids scavenging in these days.
I don't think the Gamecube should count. The purpose of the series was to flip sneakers for more sneakers.
Facts
Shhh, don't be turning people on to the the Ross/Burlington/Marshalls hustle. I've made some good sneaker money and good personal finds from those stores.
My girlfriend found Orange Pearl Dunks at a TJ Maxx for like $20...... I couldn't believe it
blowin up the spot.
Everybody already knew
Bruh people have known these forever 😑
Dope series. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
Yuppppp
Same
Do a poll for the GameCube, personally I say it shouldn’t count.
But he used the sneaker fund.
@@puntoni it’s going to turn into a non sneaker series
well, it's still flipping and it was bought with the fund. so it should count
Best content ever! Dont include the gamecube
He should include it.
The adidas football cleats could’ve sold for $50 a piece probably
I only pick up the adidas primeknit cleats, easy flip for 50-70
But who wants to sell cleats?
Yeah the adidas predator mutations at 4:40 easily go for $100
@@corthalliburton895 people who want money
i feel like the game cube doesn’t count cause it’s not a pair of sneakers
It counts because he’s using anything he can to GET the epic sneaker collection and not what he gets
@@oobabaque793 but the point of the series is to buy sneakers and resell them to get more sneakers. the game cube isn’t a sneaker

Edit: Oh and the fact that every damn brand has made a Jordan 1 lookalike lmao
This is where sneakerheads and resellers should start
For the sake of helping move the series on a little quicker, include the GameCube.
Embrace the struggle
the most underrated series:)
Let's aim to be able to buy a Nike air mag in the end 😎🔥
Is there any other goal? 🔥🔥🤞
Nahhh
No the aim is to make a 10 k sneaker collection. Nike mags suck and it’s a waste of moneg
@@giovanni8943 dont care bro
I need to up my shoe game!
Such a great series concept and very inspiring to those looking to start their journey. Very well done Seth Fowler!

Na got to keep it all sneakers, part of the grind. Great series!
I’ve donated a lot of slightly used shoes as well. I keep hoping that one day I’ll see them out in the wild.
Sneakers only!!!! I started to do this in 2018, I bought from goodwill, auctions, tag sales, estate sales, you should look up estate sales or tag sales around you. Good job on quitting smoking & drinking!
sneakers only!! love this 🔥
This is a really entertaining series
We’re gonna keep you honest, don’t count the Cube. Love the series! Some of your most entertaining content!
do this series forever!! ITS SO GOOD
The idea of buying other things than sneakers to get money to build the collection is a good idea
Best best best sneaker vids ever I love this series can’t wait for more episodes
Brooo I’m so hyped to see how this turns out you inspire me to keep grinding my own collection and this series only helps keep it up bro ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I’m finna bench watch all of these episodes day off today yes sirrr😂
My new favorite series🤩
Definitely use the GameCube in the sneaker collection! Anything and everything you get with that money, as long as it goes back into the fund and helps grow your shoe collection, should be fair game! Me and my gf love the series keep it up!
exactly
Already my Favorite series!!
Love this series Seth. Keep it up bro 👏🏻
Yesss!!! Add the game cube! Your selling it for shoes so it counts!!
Been waiting for this 🔥
Already my favorite series of yours Seth, keep it up!❤️
I like this series! Using your sneaker knowledge to make fun videos like this is awesome!
I’d be surprised if you don’t see the cast of Finding Bigfoot in your town soon.
This shows you that we literally create artificial value on things that shouldn’t be the price they are
Only sneakers count. Keep your experiment pure, you’re doing great bro.
Unfortunately I don’t live in the US and we don’t have stores like these.
If my city had these when I was a 10 year old kid, I would have built a business by buying cheap sneakers and selling them for more.
Love sneakers, love your videos.🔥
I don't think you should add the game cube, however the way you're talking about it... you want to add it...
In case you where wondering, those Westbrook’s are called the Westbrook One Takes
Yes man. Game cube is good to go. You also need to look for vintage clothing to resale.
I recommend looking at the discount shelves of stores like famous footwear or shoe carnival
Absolutely count the cube! I’m all about the resale, love the hunt. Killer series!
Boutta an absolute banger series
the under armour highlight rm football cleats are usually about 54$ at original retail. love this series man don’t stop the grind !🙏🏽
Im surprised you dont check the tags inside the shoe to see what exactly it is. (The number code)
What. My photo is your thumbnail. That’s so cool.
Bro keep going to Ross and pick up cleats! Usually not as many football or baseball cleats but there are always so many soccer cleats and will resell for quite a bit because for Nike you can find pro models and not just base line models
13:00 those are the Adidas Cloudfoam, a budget model of the Stan Smith
I wanna start doing this like ASAP cuz I’ve seen other people along with Seth do this and it seems totally worth it
I love this series so much!! Super interesting to watch; seeing your thought process throughout the buying and selling process. Is there a website or tool u use to figure out what sneakers are moving well atm?
Keep it to Only sneakers, more fun to watch :)
Hey if you were actually starting a sneaker collection you probably would buy and sell other items , so i would say you should use the game cube as part of the fund . It is your cash so use it as you wish . Enjoying this series btw
4:37 those are adidas Predator Mutator 3.0 and very well known you should’ve picked those and try selling them
That console shouldn’t really be part of the sneaker fund IMO
This episode was awesome seth! And you bought the gamecube WHILE hunting for sneakers so yes the money goes towards the sneaker fund👍
Episode 2: I can’t wait to go to Nike outlets Episode 20: I can’t wait to get the Red October’s in. 😂 love this series. Ima stick around to see how it turns out.
Try also shirts like streetwear vintage , to add your funds
Of course it counts !!!! Making money !! I’m actually enjoying this series, keep the content going brother!!👌🤟🤘👍
YES on the GameCube…..should be in the fund, no doubt. That’s all part of the hustle…..keepin it real ✊🏽🔥

Got to be sneakers only! Waiting for that big come up!
I vote you make a similar series on your Seth channel with technology. The GameCube can be your first find
i deff appreciate the grind seth good buddy keep up the good work love the videos
3:15 the Adidas version of the Mars Yard 🤣

finally something to look forward to!
I say no the console doesn’t get added to the sneaker fund, it’s outside of the realm of what we discussed at first
You have to be more patient with your listings. Wait at least 2 weeks

I say this one time go for it with the GameCube to keep the series rolling but I wouldn’t make a habit of it
I understand the hustle of flipping stuff for something greater but this was suppose to be flipping shoes for a whole shoe collection I thought? So no GameCube IMO.
Yes!!!! Include it in the fund!!!!😜😜
I found deadstock Polo shoes in my local goodwill yesterday. Light green color. Colored polo man. Leather laces.
Yea add that GameCube fund. Sneaker culture is apart of the grand resell culture, and despite it’s a console, realistically someone trying to build a collection will take any opportunity to get one step closer to a grail shoe
I don’t think the GameCube should count for this series
Add the game 💵 to the sneaker fund.Just Do It🤣🤙🏿
Great second episode, I wouldn't include the Game Cube 👍
Also, suggestion - add the sneaker fund total at the top of the screen, as a running total
Loving this series keep up the hard work 👍🏻

Seth, those gamecube controllers are literally worth like a billion dollars. They're soooo coveted.
