HAAK - Momoyama Castle - Samurai boss fight

Figured I'd upload this as a sort of "how to" on this boss. I used mainly the sword, there are other attacks available, but I'm kind of stubborn when it comes to playstyle and prefer to use melee-heavy options. Lol. I didn't have many upgrades as I'd focused on map upgrades rather than damage and skill upgrades. :) Enjoy! I know I sure enjoyed this fight lol.

Hollow Knight is the same way xD honestly i feel as if it adds a little bit to the tension of the boss fight. i personally love it. there is a high chance that people will make a mod in the future that will show the health bars, like HK lol

The problem is phase recognition.
Player hardly have any idea which pattern will be used by him next unless they observe boss' behaviour carefully.
Which can be a bit more worrying.

there's a stun you can do when he charges at you. you can hear a little sound effect and he flashes red before he charges. i use the upwards dash to stagger and stun him which makes him stop moving

You can you tell how much hp the boss have when it suddenly changes attack pattern even from first encounter, it's not that hard. 😂

im sorry if i cant help explore the old place you been and see if you left a ability that you didnt notice in the place that you been through and theres a exit in that place if you cant kill the samurai👍

and btw if you cant kill the samurai you can use the exit in momoyama the code is 1314 and dont forget to find a abilities in the old place you been through for better upgrades👍
