Ruby Ore was planned for Minecraft, but was abandoned due to Dinnerbone's red/green colorblindness, as well as that of others. Emerald Ore was added instead. It is unknown if Ruby Ore would have special spawning requirements like Emerald Ore does.

Fun fact: the rarest ore was the ruby, being in the game for ONE day and it looked like the old Emerald Texture but red and it was retextured to green a day later.

The red ore is actually a ruby ore, it was in the game for 1 day before getting removed and turned into emerald. It’s still in the games files. But the reason it was removed is because one of the Minecraft employees were colourblind. -info by Camman18

The blood sword is the only sword with the blood armor. Once you equipped the blood armor along with the blood sword, you'll awaken it's true potential on both blood armor and the blood sword. With this, you're immune to the blood sword attacking you while holding it due to the cause of your blood armor. While the blood armor will not glitch your game and will expand your armor points even higher and you'll reach the max potential of it. Your hearts will not be stolen by the blood armor. Instead of the blood armor stealing your hearts, you'll gain 50 HP to be protected by the blood sword. The blood set will be complete and give you the achievement: "Cover Me With Blood". Note that the blood sword will not be alive along with the blood armor not doing anything to you. The blood sword will deal 30 damage as usual. If enchanted with an enchantment that uses blood called "Blood Aspect", The blood sword will deal 35 damage and if slashed into a mob, bleeds a mob and starts to leech the living out of the mob while you yourself is gaining HP periodically until the mob dies. If the blood armor is enchanted with thorns, the blood armor will show amethyst-like spikes cobered in red all around the armor. If you get hit, you will not take damage, instead the damage will be deflected to the mob.

hey ey: i just wanna let u know that the red ore is actually an emerald ore, it was a long story, notch wanted to add villager trading, so he added rubies, but jeb decided to change it to emeralds because they were easily mistakable with redstone, but right before releasing emeralds, jeb forgot to change the texture to green, making the emerald ore red

The red ore is rubies,rubies did exist when Minecraft was released in 2011. But now 2024 they replaced the rubies with emeralds

Fun fact: there was a ore called Ruby its used for Emerald in the past so when the game updates they wanted to remove the Runy and add Emeralds, though, the devs forgot to change the textures until 3 weeks later i think i forgot how many days they have not notice the textures.

If you think about it, these two swords does kill you in the game. But for the master sword, you need 13 hearts to wield it. But if you don’t have 13 hearts, the master sword will kill you.

I know this Ruby was removed from the game because one of the staff members was colorblind, so it was changed to emerald.

That "blood dimension" is actually a dimension from the April fools update. That update adds an infinite amount of dimensions. You just have to write a book with anything in it and it becomes a new dimension. The blood dimension is just a dark Mesa biome with piglins and bonus chests
Ine the snapshot or version itself yeah, but if you load it into the latest version as in shown in Ey's vid it was 1.20.1, it ended up being a diff dimension

3:13 Minecraft actually added a ore called “rubies” as a way to trade with villagers, but got scrapped and were changed to emeralds. But, they forgot to change the texture from ruby ore to emerald ore so that’s why mining that “ruby ore” drops a emerald.

The "Blood Ore" might be ruby. It was there in the game for maybe 1 or 2 days, I don't remember. But I remember it being in the game, people said it was the rarest ore in minecraft. The blood ore's real name is ruby, which was deleted the next day after mojang added it.
Fun fact, the wet stuff that they said that they found is the ruby I was only added to the game for one day. It looks exactly like that.
