Finally someone got her name right
I think the syringe that "doesn't do anything" is the one that rids those injected by it of any other syringe effects currently active upon the entity...I don't play boneworks, though, so correct me if I am wrong.
If you want the working syringes, you just need to go to the bonetome archive (google drive), go to boneworks folder, code folder, trevtv folder, go to syringe mod, and download both the .dll file and the .melon file. You can find the bonetome archive by searching it on google, and you should see a reddit post with "bonetome shutting down" or something. Under that post there is a link to the google drive folder. Have fun, everyone!
