maybe because IT'S LEGO MARVEL AVENGERS,not all marvel superheroes.
Except both Wolverine and Deadpool are Avengers in the comics. The reason they're not in the game is because this is more MCU focused and the MCU doesn't have the Fantastic Four, X-Men or Deadpool.

Wait a minute so if this game shows the marvel entrainment universe. Wouldn't that mean that this awesome, loving and cool game is just one BIG spoiler for future marvel movies like black panther, spiderman homecoming, captain marvel, avengers infinity war, Dr strange, and inhumans. These could future characters but to honest it will be pretty cool to see white tiger in a black panther movie coming in 2017.

The Civil War, AntMan, and Spiderman DLC is free. The rest can be bought in a season pass for $10.
All DLC is available right now for PS3 and PS4.

I'm pretty sure the season pass will always be there.
I have the Xbox version but it will probably just be in the ps4 store.
Three character packs, Thunderbolts, Avengers Explorers, and Avengers Adventure (I think)
and three level packs. Black Panther, Dr Strange, Captain Marvel, Masters of Evil, and Agents of Shield. The season pass includes ALL dlc that cost money.

Spider-Man characters are all DLC so you don't unlock them in game. You just have to download the DLC pack.
