There is opening balance for general ledger how to use that balnces
Suppose cash opening balance is 100 how to define amount as opening balance

I had 5 collegues general ledger identification 400100 i used and my colleague used 400101.
I don't know that my colleague created automatically code is not possible not like manual codes
