We have had our second little Maltese pup for 5 months now and she has been a great addition. Our first doggie is a much better boy now and he's been such a good teacher for her. I know you're going to have so much fun with little Yumi. And I can already see that Xanti is loving having a playmate!
Can I just say “Oh My God!”. You two are gonna be bombed with cuteness overload. They are awesome! I knew Xanti would be a good older brother when you guys said you were getting a puppy. I have been a 2+ dog parent for 13 years now. Like you, I cannot recommend having a playmate for a dog enough. They’re company for one another, but when they get into trouble, watch out cause it’s Double Trouble. LOL. May you have many happy, healthy years with Xanti & Yumi. Thanks for a wonderful start to my day!!

My two are rescued sibling Maltipoos. They even share their food bowl. And they act like brother/sister. They also get into mischief twice as often I haven’t regretted having both except everything costs twice as much

I'm in the hospital and sometimes joy is in short supply. This fills my cup of joy with new life. There's nothing more precious than a new puppy except maybe two!!
We bought a puppy and our 7 year old Maltese wants nothing to do with him at all. He’s even snapped at the puppy when he tries to play with him. We’re so sad, we had high hopes they would be buddies. We are retired and home all day trying rewarding our 7 yr old with treats when he lets the puppy near him. We do a lot of camping and boating all summer, this isn’t going to be fun when we’re in our camper if they don’t get along. The puppy isn’t mean or biting he just wants to sniff his brother and play chase. Our dogs look just like yours! Fluffy and adorable lots of compliments on them as we brush and wash faces daily.
