There is such a person, half a century ago, we were amazed by his talent on the big screen. Fifty years later, what amazes us is his international vision and classical talent. Italo Zingarelli.
He was a famous Italian film producer and director who participated in the production of popular (We All Loved Each Other So Much) and (They Call Me Trinity) series of comedy films. He has released about 80 film works, which is an important benchmark for the Italian film and television industry. But for him, film is not the whole of life, and life itself is. So Italo Zingarelli, who shone in Italy's film industry from his debut, did not continue to "gallop" in his acting career. Instead, after achieving success in the film industry, in 1973, when everyone was fleeing the countryside to work in the city, he chose to buy an old village (Le Macie) dating back to the 14th century with a total area of 93 hectares in Castellina in Chianti, Italy, and painstakingly restored it. In the same year, he acquired the 126-hectare Sant'Alfonso estate in the heart of the Chianti Classico region and established Rocca delle Macie, realizing his lifelong dream.
So in this wine trip, we came to the Rocca delle Macie in Chianti Classico. The breeze and drizzle, the sun and the sun, our story today begins with the collision of classical and international.
