I was adopted and i remember watching this episode. I was always curious about my biological parents. I remember breaking down during this episode because I never wanted to know what this felt like. Well, i grew up and unfortunately I can say I know what this feels like. I found my bio Mother about two years after she passed away. The nightmare came true.
He lives in Albuquerque, so it makes sense that they would not likely see each other much, if ever again. Plus the show isn’t about Steve. We don’t have time for this stuff. lol.
@@FreshSpecimens Well they showed Steve finding out the truth about Rush…And Steve marrying Janet and becoming a father..Grandpa Al could have seen his great grandkid.
....although Steve felt if he found his birth Mother, he would feel, 'complete'; ..but if you were adopted by a nurturing, caring, LOVING adoptive Mother....RICH, to boot.....you weren't 'abandoned', in ANY way, Steve..... you birth Mother DID what she need to do...... (0:40) ...
You mean he never met his birth mom. His REAL mom was the woman that adopted and raised him. In addition, that woman loved him and cared for him….. what a REAL parent does.
@@edhcb9359 absolutely we know this is make-believe!! But this scenario occurs in real life situations in which many adopted children, adoptive parents, and birthing parents making the decision, can relate to.
@@edhcb9359 it is a very heartwarming and touching scene. Even though it is make believe, it reaches out to the audience. I had a friend that balled her eyes out crying when she looked and found her birth mother and her birth mother rejected her. And another girl who was emancipated for never being adopted by the age of 18. It was heartbreaking to see that
This pivotal episode should be on Paramount+, but it isn't. Least they could do is not toy with us by putting their logo and link in this video. A business should be honest.
That was one of the most emotional moments for Steve
Ian Ziering is a good actor ❤ even for the cheesy show 90210, was even a cheesy show still had some good episodes and meaningful storylines ❤😊❤
I love the episodes where Ian Ziering gets to show his acting skills. That man is a treasure.
He also did some voice acting. He voiced Wildwing in the animated “Mighty Ducks” series, and Vinnie on the 1990s “Biker Mice from Mars”.
I think he was one of the best
He was on guiding light in the 80s. Soap stars make the best actors
He should have been the host of the Price is Right, he would have been perfect with his smile and humour

I am sorry. If you had the good fortune to grow up in a loving family, that is all that matters. Count those blessings
I wish they added more scenes where he and his grandpa spend time together.

I always wondered why they never showed Steve’s Grandpa Al after this.
They did not want to pay for the actor, simple

Would have been nice but the show went all insane in later seasons lol
3:21, the least Steve could do is bring flowers to his birth mother’s grave. 😢
i wouldn't even wanne be by her grave if it was me, it'd hurt too much😞
Emotional!
Ian has voice similar to John Travolta.

When you're adopted, you will always wonder. I was adopted, adopted from Thailand by Swedish. parents and grew up in Sweden.
Yeah always gotta make excuses for women and their bad choices.
@@Ori0n1975 some parents who choose to adopt away their kids are poor. My biological parents were very young. Stop being so hateful and sexist.
Grandpa!!!!😮😂
Sad, He'd Never Meets His Real Mom 💪👑
3:22, at least he went out and bought some 💐, which was the right thing to do.

Ride to the airport? Boy, it didn't take long for him to start mooching off his family.
Poor Steve...

Why didn’t Steve have any interest in finding his biological father? 🤨 seems like the next obvious question to ask Al.
Or siblings
@@Tityretupatulae Or cousins … ANY blood relatives at all?
His bio dad and adopted dad are same i think
His Biological father adopted him And pretended he wasn't!
It was revealed many seasons later that Rush was actually his real dad and never told his adopted mother.
....and they never spoke again.
Didn't it turn out Steve's dad was his biological father?
yes
