Until you remove the mortal sin VIA confession you cannot receive communion. If what you say is correct then we wouldn’t need confession at all. PLEASE CORRECT THIS HERESY FATHER!
I would not have invited this priest to come speak and put it on the diocese website. A priest who does not dress as a priest is a priest who lacks decorum. It does not show a good example.

That part on communion about 45:00 on is something VERY different from what I have heard taught or preached for 30 years.
