Probably some Sturgeon out there chasing those Shad around as well. I've been told when the Shad run the big Sturgeon are their as well.
yea one swam by like 5ft in front if me and seen another jump, there are salmon there too caught a jack king there last year
What lure did you use? Is this the bonnevile dam? I’ve never fished for em but I think I’m gonna go the weekend after next.
yea bonneville i used shad darts
How do you plan to cook it?
I tried grilling one it wasn’t too bad just way too bony, so i gave the rest away usually we just use them for crab bait
Cold smoke them really good
